We deliver dependable, accurate, and "on time" building permit documents. As a Glenview Plan Commissioner, Peter Brinckerhoff AIA LEED- AP is very familiar with the municipality building and zoning permit process. We have the capability of producing any required or requested zoning documentation. These requests could include project renderings or animations illustrating community impact and aesthetic appeal. We can provide single source responsibility for a team coordinating all architectural and engineering services. We have years of experience designing and constructing buildings in all project types from single family residences and additions to multi-use commercial buildings. There is no project too small that we will refuse to offer services. We offer competitive fees determined by the project scope.
